The Honeywell Orbit HF680 is a high-performance, hands-free 2D barcode scanner designed to deliver fast, accurate and reliable barcode reading at retail checkout counters. Combining an advanced megapixel sensor with a powerful 1 GHz processor, the HF680 quickly captures standard 1D, PDF and 2D barcodes, including QR codes, digital barcodes displayed on mobile screens, and damaged or poorly printed labels.

Honeywell HF680 2D Barcode Scanner offers modern design fits neatly into retail environments without occupying excessive counter space. The adjustable scanning head can be tilted upward or downward, allowing operators to scan products of different sizes and shapes comfortably. For large or bulky items, the scanner can also be picked up and used by hand, providing greater flexibility during checkout.

The recessed LED illumination delivers clear barcode reading without creating distracting glare for customers. When the HF680 is not being used, the illumination automatically switches off, helping provide a more comfortable and energy-efficient checkout experience.

Honeywell’s EZConfig software makes scanner setup and configuration quick and convenient. USB and RS-232 connectivity options, together with OPOS and JPOS driver support, enable smooth integration with a wide range of POS systems. Designed to withstand drops from up to one metre and backed by a three-year factory warranty, the Honeywell HF680 is a dependable barcode scanning solution for supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, fashion outlets and other retail businesses across Dubai and the UAE.
